The Scrambler Therapy Certified™ program is the foundational training required for all providers.

This hands-on certification focuses on:

• Core mechanism of action and neurophysiology of pain signaling

• Patient selection and indication-based treatment planning

• Electrode placement and treatment strategy using the 4-5-4 Methodology™

• Real-time intensity adjustment based on patient feedback

• Full treatment protocol execution across multiple sessions

Training is conducted on-site at your clinic, using your own patients, ensuring immediate real-world application. Physicians learn by actively treating cases within their existing practice, guided by expert trainers in real time.

By the end of the program, providers are equipped to confidently begin treating patients with a clear understanding of both the technology and the clinical workflow required for successful outcomes.

The ADVANCED Certification program is designed for providers seeking deeper clinical expertise and mastery of complex cases.

This program is conducted as a live, 3-day interactive training with the inventor of Scrambler Therapy®, Dr. Giuseppe Marineo, offering direct access to the original clinical methodology and decision-making framework behind the technology. The small-group format allows for personalized, one-on-one instruction, real-time guidance, and direct Q&A with Dr. Marineo throughout the training.

Key areas of focus include:

• Advanced electrode placement for complex and non-responsive cases

• Optimization strategies for improving patient outcomes

• Treatment of difficult indications such as CRPS, CIPN, and refractory neuropathic pain
